Saira Osmani

Growing up in a family of scientists and engineers I developed a lifelong passion for technology.

My entire career has been associated with its various facets, with multiple progressive leadership positions leading international teams. Looking back, this early encouragement and then guidance from some great mentors played a big role in driving and shaping my career.

I am keen to see more women progress and take lead in their chosen careers, especially in the STEMM fields where there is still quite a gap to achieve gender balance.

Lotus STEMM provides a great platform for South Asian women to network and prepare to assume leadership roles. As a Board Member, I hope to bring value with my background and experience in technology and operations, allowing me to give back to this amazing community of like-minded aspiring women.
