![✨March was a month of action and connection for Lotus STEMM!✨
We were honored to participate in the Women Empowered (WE) Social Event—a vibrant space where women from diverse backgrounds came together to share stories, strategies, and solidarity in advancing gender equity.
At our booth, we connected with so many changemakers, students, and professionals who stopped by to learn about our Breaking Barriers Project. These conversations reinforced what we know to be true: systemic change starts with listening to women’s lived experiences.
A few reflections from the day:
💟Community fuels progress: The energy of women rallying together to uplift one another is unmatched.
💟Visibility is vital: Representation in STEMM isn’t just a “nice-to-have”—it’s a necessity for inspiring future generations.
✅Action starts with data: Every conversation at our booth underscored the urgency of our Breaking Barriers survey- to turn anecdotes into actionable insights.
