Board Member
Engineering student, researcher and STEM educator. Founder of Learn A Bunch, an education services intiative, aimed at advancing equity in education.
I joined Lotus STEMM because I want young girls to feel and know they truly belong in STEM spaces, that they are just as talented and capable in math, engineering, and science as anyone else. I believe in creating spaces where women and underrepresented communities in STEM feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Treasurer
As someone from a South Asian background, I know firsthand how hard it can be for women to pursue the education and careers they’re passionate about, especially in fields where they have been historically underrepresented. I’ve spent over a decade working in the not-for-profit sector, and I’ve seen how much representation and leadership opportunities matter. They don’t just open doors. They change lives.
With a Bachelor of Commerce and a background in finance, fundraising, and governance, I’m excited to contribute to the board in a way that supports sustainable growth and meaningful impact. I’m proud to be part of an organization that is breaking down barriers and building a future where South Asian women in STEMM can thrive.

Board Member
Being a first generation PhD student meant I was navigating graduate school with very little guidance. I heard of LotusSTEMM from a fellow south asian graduate student and I am so excited about fostering a community wherein south asian women have a place to go if they were ever in a similar position to me. Furthermore, getting South Asian women excited about STEMM and encouraging a path in the field is a passion of mine; whether it be through mentorship or opening them up to new opportunities.
